The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 27phjoy immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 27phjoy is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify your identity. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, which may include a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, or SSS ID. 27phjoy may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
27phjoy reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
All financial transactions on the 27phjoy platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 27phjoy supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the platform's current payment terms, which may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.

All content on the 27phjoy platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of 27phjoy or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 27phjoy platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
Any unauthorized use of 27phjoy's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 27phjoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
27phj oy does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
In no event shall 27phjoy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 27phjoy account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

27phjoy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, 27phjoy reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned. If wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 27phjoy's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting our support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. 27phjoy will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.
27phjoy reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 27phjoy will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the 27phjoy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
